A. Distance of run.
B. How flexibility is tested.
C. How much weight is lifted.

Hypothesis:
I hypothesize that flexibility will be better right after an exercise.

Detailed Procedure
Gather 10 people at my house.
Have one person do the Afuflex 3 Shoulder Rotation Test.
Measure how far apart their hands can go on the towel with the tape measure.
Have the person do the Hamstring Supine Stretch.
Take a picture, upload it to the computer, and print it out.
Using a black marker and a ruler, trace the angle the person’s two legs are in.
Measure the angle with a protractor.
Have the person lift two 3 pound weights, one in each hand, up and down for 3 minutes straight.
Repeat steps 2 and 3.
Have the person run laps for 3 minutes straight.
Repeat steps 4-7.
Record data in observation table.
Repeat steps 2 through 12 with 9 other people.
